- To supervise the site staff in carrying out their job.
- To establish, review and update performance benchmark for Service Providers and contractors.
- To establish, review and update M&E and C&S maintenance preventive manual and maintenance execution plans/programs.
- To plan, implement and monitor building services plan and major building capital expenditure exercise, including esthetical, security, housekeeping, upgrading works, landscaping etc.
- To review and initiate building insurance policies (renewals) and to attend to any insurance claims with the insurers.
- To promote good public relations with Councils/ JMC, owners, tenants and statutory bodies.
- To prepare and submit monthly reports as required by the MC/JMC.
- To prepare minutes of meetings including AGMs and Council/ JMC Meetings.
