4.Setup of an EV car charger,
5.License plate recognition system,
6.Garden drainage improvements.

Additionally, upcoming projects such as bicycle rack installation, lift panel upgrades, water dispenser installation, and a dedicated motorcycle lane are already in the pipeline for execution.

Despite initial challenges in finding the right personnel to manage the site, Metro REC has consistently ensured that all tasks were completed smoothly and without issue.

My name is Wong Weng Heng, and I have been the Chairman of Suasana Condominium for the year 2023/2024. Over the past three years, Metro REC Sdn Bhd has been managing our condominium, and I must say that working with their team has been a great experience.

The Suasana team, led by Ms. Evon Wooi (Associate Director), includes Ms. Peggy Eng (Operations Manager), Ms. Nasihah (Building Manager), Ms. Theresa (Admin Support) and En. Faiz (Handyman). They have all done an excellent job in ensuring our condominium is well-managed.

One of the biggest highlights has been their ability to help us save costs. Through their diligent management, they reduced our monthly electricity bill from RM50,000 (Year 2021) to RM20,000 (today) by planning and alternative and switching to more efficient LED lighting in the corridors, emergency stairs and car parks. That’s a huge RM30,000 reduction in costs, which has significantly benefited our finances.

They also found ways to generate additional income for us by converting common areas into rentable parking spaces, which has helped offset some of our expenses.

On top of that, the team has been very proactive in enforcing our by-laws. They’ve done a great job catching residents who violate estate rules, such as littering, and issued fines that have contributed positively to our finances.

One of the most impressive things about Metro REC’s team is how well they handle the group chat of 563 owners. They’ve been incredibly dedicated in addressing complaints and defect reports, and their efforts have not gone unnoticed by our residents.

Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Metro REC to anyone looking for professional management services. Their dedication and consistency in delivering quality work have been outstanding.
